This should’ve been a simple delivery, but the packaging made it way more annoying than it needed to be. The box showed up crushed, and the packing inside was bad, so I was already worried about the item before I even got it out.

"Wrong custom order showed up"
I ordered a custom item, but what showed up wasn’t what I picked at all. The details were wrong, and it seemed like nobody bothered to double-check the order before sending it out. I tried to get it sorted, but having to explain the same thing over and over got really frustrating. Definitely not the first order experience I was hoping for.

I was looking through kempterkustoms.com, the pricing was just not easy to figure out. I’m not trying to play detective with some custom shop just to get a basic idea of what something might cost.
Maybe their work is decent, who knows, but the whole “contact us for details” vibe made me lose interest fast. I’d rather go with a place that gives at least a clear starting point before I spend time chasing answers.

"Frustrating site to navigate"
I spent a little time trying to look around kempterkustoms.com, and at first I figured I’d just browse and find what I needed. But this is where it got annoying: the pages felt kind of cluttered, some basic info wasn’t easy to find, and I kept having to click around more than I should’ve. It also didn’t feel very smooth on my phone. After a while, I just gave up. Not the best website experience for me.

I got frustrated because the proofing process dragged on way longer than I expected and it felt like every time I was waiting for an update or trying to get a clear answer the communication just wasn’t there, so the whole thing ended up being way more of a headache than it needed to be.

The weird part is, I might’ve been willing to give the site a try, but its reputation made me nervous. I just didn’t feel confident enough to spend money there. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but for me, it was enough to pass.

The item itself was fine. Nothing wrong with the quality. But the color didn’t really match the photos online. I was expecting a deeper shade, and it showed up looking a lot lighter. Not awful, but for a custom order, a little disappointing...

They said the replacement was being handled, but it’s been a mess. I’m still waiting, and all the nice-sounding company wording doesn’t mean much when nothing actually shows up.

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered from kempterkustoms.com the product itself was totally fine once it finally got here. Like, no real complaints about the item, it was what I expected and seemed decent enough.
But the shipping was painfully slow, and the lack of clear updates made it more frustrating than it needed to be. I kept checking because I had no idea what was going on, which was kind of annoying, though I guess these things happen sometimes.
Overall, it wasn’t a disaster or anything, but I was irritated by the wait. The product was okay, maybe even good, but the shipping experience left a bad taste, so I’d probably think twice before ordering again.

Right out of the box, my first impression was that the finish could’ve been cleaner. It looked a little uneven in a few spots and there were some rough edges that stood out to me. It works okay overall, but for the price, I was expecting a bit more polish. Not awful, just a little disappointing.

I felt a little embarrassed because I was excited to try it out, but it broke after the very first use. It just didn’t work the way it was supposed to, and I ended up feeling disappointed.

The turnaround time was way longer than I expected. I kept waiting for some kind of update, but there wasn’t much, so it kind of felt like nothing was really happening. Maybe it was just bad timing or they were backed up, but still... I wouldn’t order again if I needed something done quickly.

I was really hoping this would be better, especially for the price, but it left me disappointed. It felt like I paid more than I should have for something that just didn’t have the quality I expected. Ordered from kempterkustoms.com once, don’t think I’d go back.
Just didn’t feel worth it to me. Waited longer than expected, and when the final product showed up, wasn’t really what I had in mind. Maybe other people have had better experiences, but I ended up disappointed.
For the price, expected things to go a lot smoother. Probably going to look somewhere else next time.

I reached out more than once and basically never got a real reply or any follow-up. I wasn’t asking for much, just some basic information, so it was frustrating to be left hanging. i wouldn’t bother trying again
